Subway sent it to Doordash for delivery and it never arrived. I contacted Doordash and they said because I ordered through the Subway app and not Doordash that the restaurant would have to handle it. I received an email from the restaurant basically telling me it's not their fault and I would have to deal with Doordash because that's who I chose to deliver it but I didn't pick the delivery service. I called the location and spoke with an employee who assured me the manager would be in touch, but no one has called me back since. I'm thinking my only recourse now is to launch a fraud complaint with my bank to get my money back. This location is the closest one to my house but I won't be going there again.
