- BABarry All4 days ago1.0This delivery was handled extremely poorly. I ordered my subs on Italian Herb and Cheese but received plain white bread. I also requested crispy onions (with extra in the special instructions), but they substituted them for red onions—which I didn’t ask for—without contacting me. When I called to resolve this, the manager, "How," was incredibly unprofessional. He claimed I made the mistake, argued that they don’t even carry crispy onions, and told me I shouldn't be complaining about a $14 order. And if you have a coupon expect little to no meat on your sub, I even went to the store in person to show him my receipt, which clearly did not list red onions, but he continued to insist I was in the wrong. He refused to let me speak to anyone else or provide a contact number for a higher-up. It is completely unacceptable to be blamed for a restaurant's error when spending my hard-earned money. I am requesting a full refund and expect better management. Save your money and go elsewhere.
