She kept touching her headset and then touching the vegetables which I’m sure is a no-no but I let it go. The bread was old and hard as a rock, and the whole sandwich left a bad aftertaste. Very low quality standards at this location. I should’ve just turned around after seeing the tuna.

That means someone else took my food and the staff clearly handed it out without verifying anything. I tried calling over and over and no one answers the phone. There is zero accountability and no way to get help. I paid for food I never received, and this location made no effort whatsoever to fix the situation. If you’re thinking of ordering ahead, don’t. Your order can apparently be taken by anyone and you’ll be left with nothing but a charge on your card. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Please avoid this location if you actually want the food you paid for.

She even tried to mock us down while we were paying. She didn’t even washed her hand when we ask her for preparing vegetarian; Just wiping her hand with wrapping paper all the time. No hygiene, definitely not ever coming here and wont recommend anyone else to go there. We were there with our kids and she didn't even bothered that she was doing that in front of kids. No manners and no work ethics. BAD BAD
