    Not sure what was wrong with the girl's attitude who was working Sunday night (the 18th), but perhaps she shouldn't be working in a customer service role. After my son ordered 3 footlongs, he politely asked her a simple question regarding the coupons, but she snapped back so rudely that he said that he'll never go back to that location again. (90 ave and 75 street).

    The male (owner?) was a little too serious, but he was polite, quick & knowledgeable. Clean store. Plenty of free parking. Thank you

    Perhaps staff is not trained properly? I had to remind the worker what was in the bourbon brisket, it said double the cheese and onion and the sauce he forgot all those. He place the cheese on the sandwitch without care too, just tossed them on all sloppy. Then when time came to pay he didnt know how to use the gift cards in the app. I asked if a manager can help and he said no. The language barrier made things very frustrating and I ended up not being able to use my gift cards fully and had to pay with my credit card. I only came because I had gift cards to use... this whole event took about 20 mins until I gave up and paid with visa
