I had a wonderful experience at this Subway branch. Krishna is extremely disciplined, hardworking, and very friendly. She served me with great care and professionalism. She also gave helpful advice about the dressing options, which made my sandwich taste even better.
Her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out. Excellent customer service – highly recommended!

I recently visited the Subway on Calgary Trail and had an excellent experience thanks to Krishna. She was professional, courteous, and attentive from start to finish.
Krishna demonstrated outstanding customer service skills — she listened carefully to my order, ensured every detail was correct, and prepared my sandwich with care and precision. The ingredients were fresh, the presentation was neat, and the overall service was efficient without feeling rushed.
It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and values customer satisfaction. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out and made my visit enjoyable.
The Calgary Trail Subway is fortunate to have Krishna on their team. I will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called this Subway location yesterday on 6 feb at 12:15 pm to ask ONE simple question about a promotion before coming to the store. The first call was disconnected, I thought it was accidentally When I called again, a boy answered and rudely told me “do not call, I’m in lunch rush.” I politely said I only needed a yes or no answer since I was about to walk in with my daughter. Instead of answering, he hung up on me AGAIN.
I tried calling again to get the answer for this behaviour — either no one answered or the call was deliberately ignored. When he finally picked up, he questioned why I was calling and then gave me a lecture on “humanity” for 1–2 minutes. I listened calmly and asked him to hear my question. His response? “I don’t have time, we are busy till 1 and it is rule is in some subway franchise that they can ignore the calls when it is busy.” and he hung up AGAIN.
This behavior is beyond rude — it’s disrespectful, unprofessional, and embarrassing for a brand like Subway. Being busy does NOT give anyone the right to talk to customers like this.
I later called after 1 PM and asked for a manager or owner. A girl answered and at least listened, but even that ended with a dismissive “I’m apologizing, what do you want?” No accountability, no proper apology, no concern.
Worst service experience I’ve had. The owner seriously needs to investigate this location and train their staff on basic customer manners. No customer deserves to be treated like this — ever.
This is for you: fake Google reviews from friends and family won’t save you from answering real customers. For your information, I called another Subway location just 2 minutes away, and my question was answered in 21 seconds. That’s all it took — professionalism and basic manners.
Instead, this location chose rudeness, call disconnections, and lectures instead of doing their job. You didn’t just fail at customer service — you ruined someone’s day for no reason. Actions like this say everything about how this store is run..

We got a catering order through this subway for our hockey tournament and the staff was incredibly amazing! They offered to individually pack all the orders so it would be convenient for us to eat on our way in the bus. The kids seemed to specifically enjoy the cream of broccoli!! Would highly recommend this for everyone!!
