Waited 5 minutes till she turns to me and goes “we’re closed” I said why didn’t you say that 5 minutes ago apparently she “didn’t see me” (I was right in front of her) guess she was too busy talking to her friend to do her job 🤷♀️

When we asked a simple question about the menu, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Her attitude was so unprofessional that I almost said, “If you don’t want to work, don’t come.” It’s frustrating when customers are treated poorly just because someone doesn’t feel like doing their job.

But the bag she pulled out had the same stuff in it. Tomatos weren't fresh either. Pickles were also rough. Ive been going to subway for probably 30 years. Some locations seem to be better then others. I'd say this one is one of the bad ones. Being in the mall you would think everything would be fresh since there's lots of people but I guess not. Regretted my choice after the first couple of bites. Probably one of the worst sandwiches I've had and that's saying something. the lady that served us was very friendly. But she should have had training that taught her when the veggies aren't up to par. For a place where the moto is always fresh. This was not the case.
