    Guy name Jaspreet !! Very accurate very polite and I had really good experience sorry if the name is wrong this is what I understood when I asked his name.     Asha was so nice and generous with my mom and I today. We got a great deal with a coupon, Asha complimented my mom and even remembered her usual order! As someone who doesn’t live with her parents anymore, it’s nice to know my mom is being taken care of and brings peace of mind. Highly recommend!

    My mom and I went to subway to use the coupons we received in the mail. As we walked into the store at 8:35pm the worker was refilling toppings, and had told us that it is cash only and the machine is down. We still decided to stay and pull through with our order. As I was making my usual order, I had asked for meatballs in my sandwich, which the worker said "no more meatballs" and I wondered why they had no more. My mom had asked her what time do they close and she had said 11PM! Her reasoning to why there were no meatballs was due to a 'rush' had came and the meatballs would take a long time to cook. (How could there been a rush when the machine is down..?) then as my mom kept wondering why she didn't cook them, she started yelling and raising her voice at my mom and saying she was being disrespectful towards her (the worker). My mom asked for her name, as she is not in uniform and nor has a name tag,, but she refuses. We also asked for her managers contact, but also refused. As she was yelling at my mom, I intervened and spoke to her as no one disrespects my mom. She started getting mad at me and telling me I am little and I have no say in this situation & asked me why I was yelling at her. She continued to point at me and basically tell us we are not right. I told her how can I not raise my tone, when she is attacking us. As well as she said that we are in the wrong for asking a question. She then proceeds to walk away and pull her phone out and tell us "I am not wasting my time". Overall, she is not capable to be working at customer service whatsoever & does not know how to apologize. The manager should review the security camera footage as she had NO hairnet, NO uniform, NO apron, and her attitude over all. No stock within the store whatsoever and told us that the store will be closing soon, so there is no more meatballs. It was only 8pm and they close at 11pm!! We just wanted subway for our dinner, knowing it's reliable and good. This is totally unacceptable considering she got defensive when we asked what time they closed and why does she not have back up stock for ingredients at a 'build your own sandwich' franchise.     If you want to be treated to be treated with respect I wouldn't go here. We order a sandwich off the website for delivery it never came. I called the driver no response I called door dash and they told me I had to call subway. I tried calling them for 2 hours the staff just kept hamgingmup the phone without answering. I finally got a hold of them and the girl says to me well what do you want memto do about it. I explained the situation and then she says well there is nothing I can do bye. So rude.
