No greeting nothing, my 2 FLs were handed to me without a bag and napkin stating there’s extra fee - this part is not on the staff as subway should add 25 cents to the online/app orders. Then, the sandwiches were not labelled, I had to ask the guy again and then he put an extra sticker as a symbol. Minimum wage does not mean zero effort, if you’re unhappy with your job/pay, maybe have a conversation with your boss. Don’t be rude with your customers or find another job where you don’t have to interact with people.

I have never had a negative experience here in the years I’ve been coming to this location. I just witnessed a very uncomfortable situation where the young staff member handled an extremely rude customer with kindness, patience and grace. He was disrespectful to her and argumentative when the situation didn’t warrant it. He was plain rude. The staff member remained calm, professional and polite and I commended her on this as she shouldn’t have to deal with rude people having a bad day. I will continue to support this location and their staff with my business because they are more than deserving. Thank you ladies!
