While me and my partner were discussing what to order (I told her we’d need time to decide) she stood there uncomfortably staring at us and sighing repeatedly. When we did order she was still very rude and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her by being there. She was absurdly stingy and light with all of the toppings, even sauce. I had to ask her for more of a topping three times to get a normal amount and then I just gave up on the rest. When it came time to pay, I asked for assistance using the subway app rewards and she refused to help and told me I “cant use that here”; this was a lie and employees at other subway locations have been happy to help in the past. I will not be back to this location, this was an awful experience and I will be telling people to avoid this location.
- YYYing YangOct 30, 20251.0The short girl here, i see only her whenever i order and it spoils our day as we go in store. Her behaviour is always grumpy and extremely rude. Not only that, for last 3 times she is spoilinh our order by adding banana pepers and jalapeno, even after 3 times telling her that please follow online order receipt. She needs to learn some manners or manager needs to put someone else for atleast some day. There’s no other subway near and we always have to come here without any choice. Even if we try being nice with her next time, she would behave the same always, consistently rude.
