I visited Subway this morning and had such a great experience! The staff member, Sukhman, went above and beyond—she specifically brewed fresh coffee for me and was so charming and welcoming. It’s rare to meet someone who makes your morning brighter, but she definitely did. Thanks for the amazing service, Sukhman!

Visited this restaurant and had the worst experience . First of all , if the restaurant says that it is open till 11 , it should open till 11 , if the option to dine is not available then it should be clearly mentioned . We ordered online for our order at this location because it was opened till 11 , the other location was closing at 10 and we wanted to do a dine in so drove up to this location , also mentioning that even though the other location was closing at 10 , there were still customers inside at 9:30 happily placing orders and eating We reached this location at 9:55ish and had 65 minutes to close The girl was preparing our order since we placed our order online ( we were hungry so placed online order so could just grab our order and eat) When we arrived the store around 10 pm, we sat on the chair when she rudely said that dine in is closed to which we replied where does it say it is closed , it wasnt showing online . She just kept on saying that she wont be able to ‘keep an eye on front counter ‘ as she needs to be at the back working so wants us out of the store , her way of communicating was absolutely rude After all this drama , one of us went to her and again requested her to please let us sit and eat , we wont make a mess and will eat and leave . She was absolutely disrespectful and started showing attitude that she will not allow us to sit and eat , this tone of hers was not at all what a customer here in this country deserves . This happened when we requested her to sit . After this there was a heated argument and the staff girl showed fingers at us , denied to give us the manager’s number . Strange fact is we are not the only ones who faced this kind of cold behaviour and disrespect at this location but there are numerous other comments and reviews about the same situation( customers denied to dine in and given wrong order ) There are few people who are making up their versions and advocating for the staff member but they should know what happened really before what they are writing about & stop making up versions of their story . She was disrespectful from the time we entered the store and grabbed a chair to eat . The part that dine is closed makes absolute no sense , when a dine in is closed it shows online and if there is short staff then stop taking orders online , this is how other Subway works so basically this store wants to make money by taking orders but won’t cater to customer’s basic need to sit and eat . This is a country of rules , laws and respecting these rules . So please stop being a disgrace . Also , if she is the only one in the store , that is store’s or management’s decision and shouldn’t affect how the staff is treating their customers They can close down early or whatever if they are short staffed There are people coming during day time and the staff isnt letting them sit and eat , saying ‘dine in is closed ‘ , not at night saying ‘dine is closed’ , would suggest either you update your hours or get some proper team members who are willing to work and know the meaning of working in hospitality industry and what customer service actually means. You get respect when you give respect ! Horrible horrible location !

I was at the restaurant for a Skip order pickup. I went inside but then came back out because I noticed four people (two men and two women) shouting at one young lady who was working there. From what I witnessed, she was calmly explaining that it was already 10:15 p.m. and dine-in was closed—which made sense, since the whole plaza was already closed. It also seemed like she was the only one working at the time, so what she said was completely reasonable. She actually did the right thing by not letting them sit down, because they clearly did not deserve it. Since my order wasn’t ready yet and she was dealing with them, I decided to wait outside in my car. From there, I could clearly see through the glass door. Suddenly, the two men went up to the counter aggressively and held their phones right in her face to record her. As soon as I saw that, I rushed back inside. I even went to the bottle cooler side, trying to tell her to call 911, but I couldn’t get through to her because of the constant drama those people were creating. The young lady kept saying, “You cannot record me without my permission.” And she was absolutely right. But they argued back saying they didn’t need permission and could record her however they wanted. Then they started accusing her of “shouting,” which was completely untrue. She had been polite and professional the entire time—she only raised her voice after they stuck their phones in her face and threatened to post her on social media. One of the women even said, “I am a law student, I can do anything, you do whatever you want.” That alone shows the arrogance they carried. What shocked me most was when they went as far as to say they would “make sure she goes back to where she came from.” Shame on them, especially because they were speaking the same language as her and were clearly from the same background. People like that often complain that they don’t get treated well, but then they treat others even worse. I was sure that they would post a negative review online, which is why I am sharing what really happened—so that one hardworking young woman does not get unfairly blamed for the actions of such ego-driven people. I want to make it clear that aside from those four people, the only ones who witnessed everything were me, another customer, and two staff members who were keeping some stuff in their back of the house. So whatever those four post online will obviously be one-sided and misleading. All the negative reviews you might see are only from their side. The whole plaza was empty at that time, and apart from those four people, there was no one else involved. They are just trying to twist the situation to prove themselves right. I honestly felt so sorry for that poor young lady. Even i guess that guy who was inside and me are posting in behalf of her because they are wrong. And i will clear it that there was no other car and nothing was there they are just creating false scenarios as they did there. My only suggestion to her would be to take legal action, because they were threatening her and recording/posting her online without her consent.
