    I thought of not leaving this review because I was afraid if someone actually care for this, it could cost the job of the girl who was working yesterday, January 08, 2026 around 10.00 PM. But I went through the reviews here and I should say, the girl who helped us, whose name starts with 'S' gave me the worst customer service ever. She never was interested in doing customer service in her attitude and we didn't bother as it was last hour of the shift and she might have tired. But hey, do your job. When I asked about the days combo, which was 'cold cut' and asked her what's that, she pointed to a covered set of meat and walked away to help online orders. We waited patiently u til she finished it as the food pick up person was there. We let it slide even though she never addressed us and left the place while I was placing my order with her. When she came back and I asked her again about the combo and she pointed with frustration and anger, which made me ask 'it is covered and could you please tell me?'. She replied it is meat. Wow! I can see. We let it go as me and my wife were very hungry. Then while I made order for a 6" subway (the brisket one on menu) she asked "what?". I repeated the menu and asked to upgrade it to combo. She acted like she don't know the menu and asked what brisket. I said the one on your menu. Then my wife placed order for salad with steak and bacon and she asked the same question and my wife repeated the same answer. "The one on your menu". She said it won't come as salad. We pointed the menu where it says change any of your sub to a salad for a price. She then very aggressively filled in all the veggies and stuff, trying to break the salad bowl (you can see in your camera) and started murmerring. We still didn't react and kept on to our patience. Then, when I asked for my combo with the salad, which was on the menu, she said there is not such a thing. We pointed it on the menu and said it's right there. She disagreed and started arguing. We asked her to look the menu and she started cursing and arguing. We couldn't take the attitude anymore and we told her the exact thing that "hey, this is enough and we can't take this attitude anymore. This is the worst customer service" and she started yelling and we said "please don't yell or argue as its not gonna take us anywhere. How am I supposed to see something that's covered and are you trained to treat customers by pointing, and being rude while something is asked and you act like you know nothing about the menu". She started arguing more where we couldn't stand it anymore. We said we will pay and get the food as its made and if we leave the store, she is gonna throw it to the trash. We paid, left the store. But, more than saying this is the worst level of customer service, this is the worst way someone could behave.

    Sandwich was super dry. Asked for extra sauces and got no sauce at all. staff is not welcoming

    Nimrath was amazing I was asking about portion sizes she helped me, I refuse to go to any subway that has small portions calling it “standard size” owner shouldn’t be too strict on portions per serving
