We ordered ahead for convenience, and it really highlighted how skimpy they are with the toppings. There was barely any lettuce, just two cucumber slices, and three pickles — it was basically all bun. I wouldn’t recommend ordering ahead. At least when you go into the store, you can ask for a reasonable amount of toppings. So disappointing. We’re really hoping a Firehouse opens up in our neighborhood soon.

I informed her that we were the customers that were being dealt with prior to those arriving and I had one sub left to order, she proceeded to tell me no, I said please it won’t take long. She finally took my order I said thank you so much and before I could let her know when we’d be there to pick it up I was hung up on. She was disrespectful and I have worked in the service industry I get that it’s busy but everyone is a paying customer, and deserves respect.
