I called the store the idiot stick didn’t want to help me and hung up on me. I called back and idiot stick number 2 named Anna wouldn’t give me the first persons name and she hung up on me as well. With no help. So I’m out $21 dollars because I don’t know how to get my refund!!! How do people work and not know how to help customers.

Single employee working always takes time to come out to front and take order and is usually in the back with music/videos playing loudly. One time an irate customer yelled back for some service after we both waited for 10 minutes. Homeless people locked in washroom for extended amounts of time so bathroom unavailable, and when it is, not very clean or well kept. Not great.
