Even though they had already prepared and discarded the original order, they kindly made me a fresh salad the next day at no extra cost. I really appreciated their understanding and excellent customer service!

Lunchtime is very busy and they process orders in a very timely manner and even though there is usually a lineup, it goes very quickly. The staff are great, all of them know the job well and are all very friendly, manager included. All of them deserve a raise! My favourite place to get lunch.

They didn't have the ingredients for one of the sandwiches I ordered so upcharged for pepperoni. Second sandwich was missing cheese on most of it despite being double cheese and the chicken was very dried out like it had been sitting out since yesterday. Overall one of the lower ranking subways in the city from what I've seen.
