  Bad service again! Feb 10 we ordered 4 meals using the app. We got home and all 4 meals were wrong. The subs and salads were missing ingredients, both salads had nearly no lettuce, the smallest portions of veggies I have ever seen!! They have screwed up our orders almost weekly for the last 2 months. We are usually patient and flexible but we won’t bother with this place anymore!! 1 ⭐️

  My family and I have relied on this subway for around 13 years but recently they have become a wreck. For the past multiple orders, they have missed many items in our sandwiches and salads. They rip you off with the portion sizes and never fill my them to the top. Not worth going to this subway, terrible experience. When i order extra pickles, i expect extra pickles not zero pickles. When i order extra lettuce, i want my extra lettuce.

  Terrible. Portion sizes were 1/3 of what they should be. Missing ingredients in all the items, like no cheese, no pickles. This place has gone downhill over the last year

  Cold Cut Combo: I should've taken pictures of this awful footlong sandwich from the Webber Greens Subway. Any time I've ordered it from other locations, its been fantastic, but this location was AWFUL. First, this sandwich is supposed to have 3 different meats. Mine only had bologna. Second, I requested to not have it toasted. It arrived partially toasted, which made the meat greasy. Third, I asked for extra cheese, but didn't receive any at all. Fourth, I asked for lettuce, tomato and cucumber slices, and mayo and mustard. I got a thin trail of lettuce down half of the sandwich, 3 cucumber slices, 2 tomato slices, and so much mayo and mustard, that it made the entire sandwich soggy, soupy, and inedible. It went straight to the green bin outside.

  Went in just before 9 p.m. to grab subs for the family. The restaurant was freezing cold and many items were missing — no pickles or jalapeños, and the tomatoes looked several days old. Most of the sauces were nearly empty. The cold cuts for the cold cut combo were empty and had to be brought out from the back, but when we got home the meat was basically frozen. There were no cookies available at all. To top it off, we were told the coupon we had was “already used,” which made no sense since it was a physical coupon freshly torn from the sheet right in front of the staff member. At that point, we just wanted to leave. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
