At 1:33 PM I received a notification that my order was cancelled. Dealt with skip - got my refund. Felt bad for driver who didn’t earn anything. Called the store - was given every excuse under the sun why it was not their fault. We will NEVER go to this location again. Terrible service!!

I ordered a veggie patty sub for pickup, drove 20 minutes home, and when I opened the bag—no veggie patty. Tried calling the store three times, no answer. Had to drive all the way back just to be told, “We didn’t have veggie patty so we added extra cheese.” Seriously? That’s not a replacement. They should have told me when I picked up the order instead of letting me waste my time and gas. When I suggested they disable out-of-stock items, the employee said she’s already told the owner multiple times but he still hasn’t done anything. At the end of the day, the customer is the one who suffers. Absolutely unacceptable.
