Their Personal Shoppers do well and ALL their delivery drivers are professional and helpful. Note. Not ALL locations deliver so you will need to insert your postal code when you register to discover which one closest to you does . Note. Delivery is usually the next day, and you should RESERVE a DELIVERY TIME the moment you arrive at the Website. Their website has good response time. Utilize/Build your Favorites List (click the heart on a product) for future visits and to keep an eye out for any of your Favorite products that may be on sale. Their main drawback? They don't accept Save On gift cards for payments. As a result, I have asked people to stop giving them to me as gifts, and I have stopped giving them out too. Hope this was helpful. #LauraLeeWasHere
