  This review is long overdue!! Andrea deserves a big THANK YOU!. Andrea is the reason we keep coming back !! Andrea in the Deli/Food section at Save-On-Foods is truly amazing. She’s always smiling, welcoming, and full of energy and she makes every visit feel easy and positive. When Andrea is there, you can feel the difference her team works better, the service is smoother, and customers are treated with real kindness.   Aiden M has been very pleasant . Gives good service and friendly. Sarah at the customer service /lotto desk very pleasant. Good service . Polite. Helpful and friendly staff . Nice to see . Good experience .

  I have been going to this store since the day it has opened and today for the first time I had the unpleasant experience. I went to the store at 9:53 pm and as soon as I entered the deli manager Andrea told me you just have 4 mins to finish your shopping. I understood they were in rush for closing. I finish everything by 9:58 and I was at the counter with cashier helping me out. I just went nearby to check ice cream till cashier ring my items and I came back in a less than a min and noticed the manager put my items back saying store is closed. She added my cashier won’t stay past 10pm few times. But then she also added saying don’t come next time to me thrice. Seriously? This is the way you treat your customer. If cashier can’t why can’t the manager help just for a min. She did ring my items at the end but she should know they are not giving out anything for free to be that rude.
