For a fuller picture — Save-On-Foods on 97 Street is consistently one of the strongest produce sections in Edmonton. Fruits and vegetables are well-stocked, well-presented, and tend to look genuinely fresh — the kind of quality that makes you comfortable buying for the week (not just “same-day”). The rest of the store matches that standard: neat aisles, organized shelves, and an overall calm, efficient shopping flow. On my visit, the flags were at half-mast in support and remembrance following the recent tragedy in Tumbler Ridge — a quiet, respectful gesture that reflected care beyond the store itself. A practical bonus here is the on-site pharmacy, which makes it easier to combine errands in one stop (prescriptions, over-the-counter needs, and groceries in the same trip). Best for Top-tier produce, dependable weekly grocery runs, and convenient “one-stop” errands (especially with the pharmacy on site). Store experience Bright, clean, and consistently well organized — produce displays are strong, aisles stay tidy, and the whole store feels well managed. Accessibility Step-free entry and wide, navigable aisles that work well for carts, strollers, and mobility devices.

  Bought the Valentine's Build-A-Cupcake kit as a valentines surprise while I was at work. I wasn't expecting much honestly but have at least Valentine's inspired sprinkles and decor. I got rainbow sprinkles and Mickey and Minnie mouse rings. Surprise kids its Disney day!!!

  The best supermarket in town: clean, well-organized, and with excellent staff. I’m very grateful that they also have a Brazilian food section 🇧🇷. It really makes a difference!
