  I have been shopping at this save-on for years, despite their higher than average prices. However lately I have experienced rudeness from their staff (for no reason), and the general atmosphere of the store is unfriendly, expensive with crappy produce. Would not recommend, and I will not be returning. The Save-on on 23rd avenue has much better customer service.

  The people on the meat section are really, really not helpful at all very rude, especially the person behind the counter for the meat section. The small lady the Asian in the black clothes really bad Service.

  The service at the counter for lottery is deplorable. Please train your staff to do simple transactions like validating lottery and printing lottery. The slow and obnoxious lady with curly hair behind the counter today was rude her machine jammed up she didn't know what she was doing. I was in a hurry, and I certainly did not need this today of all days. When I asked that I would go somewhere else and validate my tickets elsewhere because there was a malfunction there she said I could not what do you mean cannot???

  I frequent this store very often and usually have no issues ….. other then one employee who I would assume to be some sort of management in the produce section. Every time I’ve run into this guy he smells absolutely disgusting I’m not one to shame someone but this makes me question the overall cleanliness of him and what he comes into contact with. This is some thing that I’ve encountered multiple times.
