When the machine clearly said need associate, the female employee who ignored the signal until I asked excuse me? The response I got was very stiff, not friendly at all. The service attitude was extremely rigid, as if she were the customer’s boss, just asking: ‘Did you scan this product?’ It showed on the screen, I pointed out yes it has been scanned, it’s the last product on the screen. She was like: that’s fine. Yikes! It was uncomfortable to hear her tone, and I really was disappointed with that kind of service attitude. I regretted to walk in this save on tonight. Windermere Walmart presents way better service at the self checkout section.
