I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Save-On-Foods. The customer representative, Heather, was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were no signs or notices mentioning any purchase limits, yet after we had already paid, she informed us that there was a limit. When I pointed out that nothing was mentioned, she agreed but continued to speak in an unpleasant and disrespectful manner.
Additionally, when we requested a refund, she appeared unsure of the process and took nearly 30 minutes to complete it. This entire experience was frustrating and time-consuming. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to ensure a more respectful and efficient experience for future customers.

If Save-On-Foods can’t adapt to today’s competitive market and continues to stick to outdated “flyer-only” price match policies, then good luck surviving in the long run. With so many strong competitors around, this stubborn approach is exactly why customers are walking away.
It’s really disappointing because many of us want to support Canadian companies. But when we see this kind of rigid, customer-unfriendly attitude, it leaves us with no choice but to shop elsewhere — often with non-Canadian companies. Such a shame.
You’ve lost a loyal customer today, and I’m sure more will follow soon. All the best… you’ll need it if you plan to keep your doors open much longer.

I am so genuinely happy I got to meet a customer service specialist named Jenn. From the moment she greeted me and asked if I needed help, she was warm, attentive, and professional.
I’ve been shopping here for a while since it’s close to my place, but this visit was special because Jenn went above and beyond. I told her I was looking for essentials for my sensitive skin and my derma appointment is due next month, so I needed to buy items for my skin. She nailed it with her recommendations for lotion, shampoo, bar soap, and even extra tips to make sure I got exactly what I needed.
