I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experiences at your grocery store. The entire team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my visit genuinely enjoyable despite the usual chaos of grocery shopping. I'd particularly like to recognize a few standout employees: Fata in the Deli is always so friendly and a very hard worker. Her positive attitude really brightens the deli section. She’s great every time I shop here. Adam in the Meat Department is fantastic. He helped me find items several times that were difficult to locate, including some in other departments. His willingness to go the extra mile was much appreciated. Ariel, the Grocery Manager, is simply amazing. I found her handling a busy line at the service desk while the phone kept ringing, yet she still took a second to see I needed help and gave me the exact location of a product I was looking for. Later, she went above and beyond by actually finding me in the store to check if I had found everything okay and then helped me locate a few more items. I have no idea how she kept her patience and friendly smile up through all the chaos, but it truly made my day. The level of customer service here is exceptional. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work and friendly approach! I will definitely be back.

Save On Foods often has low inventory, and many items are frequently out of stock. As an Instacart shopper, this is very frustrating for both Instacart Shoppers and Customers. Improving inventory levels would help create a better experience for both customers and shoppers.

Tried to get flowers delivered to a friend. I booked the delivery a week before, and the morning of the florist calls me and is confused why my name on the order is not my friends name on the delivery address, I explain I am sending flowers to a friend (weird concept right?), she rudely states that I can't do that and I'm going to have a problem because *first time delivery customers* need to prove their ID and credit card when the driver gets to their house. No where when I was ordering did it say this, also why do I need to verify my card? I gave you my credit card info and you took my order, now suddenly the day of you tell me you can't? The florist gives me a bit more sass about how I should have known this and I tell her to just cancel the order. Your policy is one thing but your snarky staff who offered no help or options is another. I'm going somewhere else to get the birthday flowers now.

I have lived in the area for about 5 years and have been going to this save on regularly in this time. I love how they price match, the quality of produce and I use to love the customer service until recently. I was always taught that the customer comes first and I have chosen to shop at this location over far cheaper grocery stores within the area because of how the customer use to be. Lately though, I have been finding that to do basic things like have an item price matched or asking for help locating an item in the store has been coming off more as a chore then a happy experience. The staff no longer seems eager to help. I have been in there recently with all 3 of my children and have been trying to wrangle the children, have people behind me and in the process of paying but because I brought my own bags then the cashier wouldn’t bag my stuff. I felt very rushed and more stressed than needed while the cashier just stood there not even offering a hand. There is so much competition in this area, even more so with the new no frills opening up. Prices here are higher for items that could be found elsewhere in an already struggling economy. Being a single parent, I do have to watch what I’m spending but if the customer service is on point and my children and I can shop in a place where we feel seen, heard and helped then it’s worth the extra money at times. I just don’t think that is the case here as of lately which is incredibly disappointing. Save on, please do better. You are a great company and we have enjoyed this store for years but something is off lately.
