I said I was gonna pay with a gift card. She got mad at me and she said you didn't tell me and I said I am paying with a gift card. I was like are you having a bad day? Why are you grumpy? This was a girl with a glasses and long curly hair that was in lane 5 today at 2:08pm on Nov 7. After the transaction, she walked away and acted like nothing happened. Very unprofessional and super rude. She made it sounds like I was so inconvenient to her. If she that miserable then stay home then don't work and don't complain about not getting paid to do a customer service job. This location is known for bad customer service. I had bad experience once before and she was a grumpy old lady and I don't think she works there anymore. I've been back and they were good. After today, I'll think I'll pay for my stuff at the pharmacy section cause they are nicer. The deli department are nice people. The cold cut section are nice people. The bakery section are nice people and yet they cash/customer service seems to be an issue.

Never given them a reason to accuse us of shoplifting and the employees that see us here 2 or 3 times a day to buy dinner or pick up our medication when needed at their pharmacy to no say anything for the guards behavior but if my kids father with us he stays away and says nothing to us . Its so embarrassing n so stressful as he yells at us as we walk.out the store you didn't pay for those meanwhile he just finished watching us pay at the till:( its so awful here now im moving pharmacies
