I booked on uber eats and the delivery time was 10 minutes. 30 minutes later I called Papa johns (this location) and spoke to the manager, who screamed at me due to questioning innocently how long my food would be. I called back another 20 minutes later as my order hadn't budged and the same thing - the manager working did not let me get a word in, and was yelling fairly aggressively. keep in mind - uber eats had nothing to do with this as the driver was parked waiting for my food for an hour What bothered me most was the overall lack of attention to timing. I only chose this restuarant due to the fastest delivery time on uber eats - to which I will be placing a complaint as the actual time of deliver was 1 hour and 20 minutes later! (versus 14 minutes as advertised). The manager was very unprofessional and aggressive, and I would strongly consider ordering elsewhere (and will make sure uber eats is aware of the delivery time discrepancies) as this place takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get food to you - not 15 min. keep in mind - uber eats had nothing to do with this as the driver was parked waiting for my food for well over an hour I wish the manager wasn't so agressive on top of this - it really left a sour taste in my mouth as again - I am not one to leave negative reviews typically. I do not want to say on here what the manager was specfically saying to me - but as a business owner I truly cannot believe the professional standard that Papa johns has for this location - I expected better being a staple in the pizza community.
