  My husband ordered Chicken pizza on Uber and we received Pepperoni pizza. We are muslim and we cannot eat Pepperoni. We called the store and we told them about this. The person talking on the phone was so arrogant. He is telling us that the driver took the wrong order. But excuse me, the employee is supposed to give the order to the driver. The driver will pick up what u give him. We were given refund of $2. Our entire order was for $30+. We are very disappointed. Now we need to place another order somewhere else and wait for the food to arrive. We do not recommend anyone to visit this store. Worst customer service experience we have had.

  I ordered a chicken pizza and they sent me pepperoni pizza when i call to store the person was very rude not happy with customer service never order again from this location very bad experience

  So disappointed with the food quality, paid for extra cheese and toppings, looks even less cheese and topping! Won’t order again!

  This review not about a pizza. This review for staff who working there. My co worker car wasn’t able to start. It -25 outside. Three guys who work at papa John come helped us. One of them helped a bit and had to go because he has to deliver the pizza. Another two come after to helped. They didn’t were much jacket but still helping us. I really appreciate that. Thanks you papa John for good staff. Will recommend this store to anyone. I believe that a nice and helpful team often goes hand-in-hand with delicious dishes. Thanks again

  We have been ordering pizza from this location for years, nearly every Friday. This past Halloween, we had made the plan to order from here again, and have it delivered prior to our kids going out trick or treating. I pre-ordered the pizza at 1 p.m., choosing a 5:45 p.m. delivery time. By 6 p.m. that evening, the pizza still hadn’t been delivered. I called the location to find out where my order was, and I was told it would be delivered in approximately 15 minutes. Meanwhile, my kids left trick or treating with the plan to come back to the house in a little while for supper. At 6:30 p.m., our order still had not arrived. At 7p.m. I called to complain and ask them to forget the order and give me a refund, as this was unacceptable and we still had not received the pizza we ordered! I was told a manager would call to discuss this issue, but I never received a call. Instead, our order arrived around 8:30, almost three hours late. It must have been sitting around for a while too as it was cold. Both my husband and I have tried to call to speak to a manager since then to at least make a complaint, and we’ve been told we would receive a call back, but never did. We are so disappointed with the outcome of this situation, and we won’t be ordering our pizza night pizzas from this place again. Update: a day or two after I wrote this review, I received a call from someone at this location offering us 40% off. Initially I didn’t think this offer was sufficient to compensate for our earlier experience, but I accepted, and then chose to order pizza from this location later in the week. As I made my online order, I realized this 40% discount only applied to one pizza, and the rest of the order was full price. Considering that we originally demanded a refund for our pizza that was almost three hours late and cold, I felt this offer was a slap in the face. I’m not planning to order from here again. According to other reviews, it seems many other people feel the same as I do. Hopefully this location can turn things around before it loses all its customers.
