This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food. They gave my order to the wrong uber driver so he called me to tell me what happened and asked me to call them as they told him to stop bothering them and leave. They essentially told me it’s not their fault and this is on me to fix. This went on for 4 hours over a simple small pizza order that they messed up and refused to remake due to their own mistake. Won’t be ordering again.

Painfully disappointing experience. I dont like leaving negative reviews at all but the company has made it incredibly painful to be heard anywhere else. Seriously, the customer care link 404s. It doesnt even work.
Ordered at 10:20am for noon lunch for my staff wile I was out of office. Got a confirmation and credit card charge right away. By 12:20, nothing had shown up and my managers called me asking where lunch was. When I called the store, they had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t even look up my order number. What’s the point of having order numbers if they can’t be used to help customers?
Nearly four hours after ordering, and two hours after scheduled delivery time, I get a voicemail from a US number saying the store was two hours behind and couldn’t fulfill the order at the time I’d booked (Even though the stores suggestion was to reorder and they'd get it going asap). I specifically ordered through their app (not a third party) thinking it would be more reliable—clearly not the case.
To top it all off, the “customer care” link in their confirmation email leads to a 404 error page. No phone number in it. No clear way to get help or resolve the issue. The store wasn’t able to fix it, and the only solution offered was to reorder, which wasn’t even possible during our time window by the time I called 3 times to get through to inquire about it. Replying to the service email they email you from is blocked by PJ so that just bounces back.
Missed the window to make other arrangements. Ended up just telling a dozen people to go grab McDonalds for a quick correction. Really frustrating for what should have been a simple lunch order made with plenty of advance notice, and accepted readily without issue.
Would not recommend based on this experience. At the very least, make the order then call to follow up on it to ensure it exists beyond the email confirmation.

Great pizza reviews highlight crust texture (crispy, chewy, thin, perfect base), fresh, flavorful toppings, balanced sauce, generous cheese, and often mention friendly staff, fast service, good value, or unique flavor combos, with examples like "melty cheese like hot clouds," "crispy but not sagging," "best NY slice in Edmonton
