  I just ordered a pizza from here for the first and last time sadly. I checked the tag on the box to make sure I got the right order and I did. The staff were friendly when I picked it up. When I opened it at my place there was 0 pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza 😭

  Ordered 2 large pizzas. Both pizzas had a little toppings and hardly no cheese. The quality at this location has gone down hill and we will no longer order Papa John pizza.

  A pepperoni pizza was ordered by me today. The manager on duty, Jaskaran Singh, helped me. He was super nice and polite. He made the whole experience fast and easy & did a great job! Jaskaran showed what good customer service means actually. He made me feel happy and welcome at the store. I will definitely come back to this location. He is awesome🤗

  One of the best pizza stores I’ve tried! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the pizza tastes delicious every single time. The cheese was perfectly melted and the sauce had a great flavour. Definitely my go-to pizza spot now! Jaskaran Singh very good person

  I work night shift. I work 9 to 10 hours without food so I like grabbing my food after my long shift when I go back to home. I ordered my Peperroni and bacon pizza, and butterchicken sauce extra chicken pizza for carry out on Dec 8th around 2am over the papa johns mobile app. I went to location and I ended up getting wrong order, by the time I came home take shower and everything I realized my food was wrong. I understand there can be a mistake, I understand mistake happens and that is not a big deal. I called the store and asked if I can have my order the following day or the day after since I will be working night shift. The gentlemen over the phone denied the request and said to come pick it up by myself or have it delivered to my address which will be after 5am when they close. I let them know I will be sleeping very shortly because I'm tired. They didn't listen, and after I suggested alternative solution for refund or store credit they didn't like that solution because it is not their "fault" somehow. They said it was my responsibility and my mistake that I got the wrong item. I explained I can't go into their kitchen and find what I ordered. They put manager on shift on call and had conversation with me. I described what happened but the manager told me if I want the food, I either drive back 30 mins round trip to grab my order, or pay extra $5 for the delivery to my address. I explained to the manager, imagine if you are walking into the restaurant and you get wrong food and you ask for your right order, but restaurant charge you for their mistake. He didn't understand and didn't listen to what I said. After few more times of explanation he finally understood that the store made a mistake on their end and gave me wrong person's order to me. At this point I was heavily disappointed and asked for the refund and told manager that I would give all evidences needed to prove that I'm not liar. He apologized and said will deliver to my address for no charge and promised 30% off on next visit verbally with no proof of that. So at the end of the day, manager was very nice to handle professionally once he knew I was not a liar. It is very bad negative experience from ordering 2 pizzas. It would have been much better if the store double check phone number or something to prevent their mistake and try to charge customer additional money for covering up their mistake. I can't believe I had no choice to refund for their mistake and had to stay up until 4 15am to get the food, when I could have slept and be in peace. Thank you for your exceptional negative service and an empty promise on 30% off whatever on next visit. Nice try to trick people into pay additional money for your mistake. If you want the proof, please let me know. Happy to share any pictures or emails of wrong order handed to me. Cheers
