Jayda helped create a memorable, meaningful celebration, and our whole party left feeling grateful and happy. He was so on top of everything we commented multiple times on how efficient he was. He was our host, server, bartender and did it all with good energy. I have a hurt neck, hence my desire to not cook tonight and was upset id have to drive back and get the correct meal and then thought how will that work with my meal.. fish tacos and poutine. Surely it'll be cold and soggy when im back. And I didnt want to eat and then go! I called Original Joe's and the lady that helped me had amazing customer service skills. When I expressed my concern, she let me know, we will remake the entire order and bring it to you! (I dont live far). The lady got here fast. Inside the bag there was a nice card acknowledging the situation along with the remade food. The food was hot and delicious!!! Im completely blown away at this service and hubby and I very much enjoyed our meals. This was the best service I ever had regarding a order issue from a restaurant. Proud to say my hubby and I are regulars at this location and will continue to be. Wish I thought to grab the lady's name to mention here. This totally made our night!!!! 🥰🥰
