Original Joe’s Edmonton - Downtown is a restaurant that welcomes all adults. We have craveable classics for lunch or dinner, down-to-earth vibes and a friendly team looking to brighten your day! Our OJ’s is close to Roger’s Place, home of NHL’s Edmonton Oilers, WHL’s Edmonton Oil Kings and plenty of live concerts and other events. You can walk down Jasper Ave. or the River Valley Zoo before joining us for one of our twice-daily happy hours! We’re also close to Government House Park, where the entire family can enjoy tobogganing or walking trails. Best of all, we have a dog-friendly patio that pairs perfectly with good company and good food.

I recently visited the Original Joe’s location and had one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time, all thanks to our server, Amanda. From the second we sat down, Amanda greeted us with a massive, genuine smile that immediately made us feel at home. She was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, checking in at the perfect moments to ensure our drinks were topped up and that we had everything we needed. What really stood out was her knowledge of the menu. She gave us a fantastic recommendation for the Cajun Chicken Burger and even suggested adding jalapeños for an extra kick—it was spot on! Even though the restaurant started to get busy, she remained perfectly calm and professional, making sure our food arrived hot and exactly as ordered. It’s rare to find a server who truly goes the extra mile to make your night special, but Amanda did exactly that. If you're heading to OJ's, definitely ask for her section

- KKKJan 22, 20262.0Chicken burger ( Chicken batter was overcooked very dry.. ) Partner order a burger with fries and onion ring, Receive burger fries and sweet potato fries. Server brought our food and didnt came back to check on us until we where all done and she saw we where waiting patiently for her. no appology for the mistake. No discount. The server - Was just doing chores and talking with costumer, Chilling instead of checking on us, and checking on our food. 2nd time there, first time was great.. *******- discuss with the owner about this: And he was very understanding of this experience and help us toward a second chance for next time to make this experience better!
