  Had my 59th bday here. The staff were amazing ! We had giant balloons 🎈, 15 people. Orders came out quickly (they did mess 1 up) but everything else was perfect. They were quick to refill the salad and bread sticks. Everyone loved the taste of their food. They didn't ask if we wanted more than our first drinks. But it all worked out well. 100% I'd have another event here. Everyone had a great time. They even provided bags for the balloons when we left. Great job Oilve Garden !

  Very good food and service. Our group of 5 was able to be seated right away with no wait. Parking can be a little busy but that's because the food is delicious and everyone wants to come here for dinner. Excellent for all ages and safe for people with a tree nut allergy, always let them know tho just to be safe. $9.99 kids menu had lots of options for the kids to choose from. They really enjoyed the fruit smoothies.

  The worst Olive Garden I have ever been at the proportions of food they gave you was barely anything the wait time was 45 minutes you only got one pop they didn't come back and refill a pop they didn't remove any of the dishes from the table after her soup I had to put them on another table ordered Sicilian sunset and it was nothing but sugar ask to speak to the manager ( Jeanine L Bronson) did absolutely nothing about anything and I am not the only person that had complaints strongly recommend to go to the south side Olive Garden will never be returning to this one

  Another amazing experience at Olive garden. We dropped in without a reservation on a Friday night, The wait time was about 1/2 of what they originally said. My wife is Carnivore, and the manager Tonia graciously helped us figure out great alternatives. Our server Eshaan was great as well, bringing me multiple boles of Chicken & Gnocchi- so good!! Looking forward to next time!!

  I made reservations for a group of 12 high school students at Olive Garden, expecting a fun group meal after to celebrate a group Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, the experience was one of the worst we’ve had at any restaurant. We arrived on time with our reservation, but service was extremely slow and disorganized from the start. Only 3 out of 12 people received their entrees. The rest of the group waited and waited with no food arriving, even as surrounding tables (who came in after us) were served promptly and without issue. It felt like our large group of teenagers was being deprioritized or taken advantage of because of their age. For the few who did get their food, the portions were noticeably small—much smaller than what we’ve seen on previous visits or what others at nearby tables received. The restaurant still charged the full price for the unlimited soup and salad (which many in the group tried to enjoy while waiting), but refills were inconsistent at best, and no one offered any compensation or even a sincere apology for the major delays and missing orders. We spoke to the manager/server about the issues, but the response was dismissive—no offers to comp items, discount the bill, or make it right. As a parent writing this on behalf of my high school kids, I’m extremely disappointed. They were excited for a nice outing, but instead left hungry and frustrated after spending their own money. Olive Garden has always been reliable for family meals, but this location failed badly with a large party. I hope management takes this seriously and improves service for groups—especially younger customers who deserve the same respect as anyone else. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this experience
