Leslie goes above and beyond for her customers and it truly shows.. so much I had to ask for her name after the second time I visited this location. I have seen customers treat her poorly and she has handled it with professionalism and grace. This woman deserves an acknowledgment from the brand as she truly is a prime example of how a New York fries should operate. Huge kudos to Leslie and team you guys go above and beyond. From someone who was a retail manager for over a decade I can say this from experience. Oh yea and the poutine… 5/5

Our order arrived and to my confusion, came as 3 lrg frie ALL topping in side containers... I was confused (not used to that from NYF, but never got from Londerry Mall). Well my hubby and daughter were excited because they could decide on what they wanted, so they were going to split the Butter Chicken poutine and 1 of the Works poutines... To say they fries were perfectly cooked and crispy and ALL topping were in bags, everything was hot and we even recieved forks and napkin. This location has definetly become our favorite, especially after taking so much time into a skip order. We are very happy and full and to the staff that work at this NYF location, thank you, thank you very much for such kindness and caring in your food! You staff today October 8, 2025 have made our evening, and we will definetly be visiting alotmore often!
