After a bad experience, which had more to do with a specific menu item than the restaurant itself, the manager reached out and made an effort to make things better. It takes a lot to do something like that, most places just don't care if you have a bad experience so clearly this place has good leadership. The staff was also incredibly nice and funny and really wanted to make sure I had a better experience this time which I definitely did!
