She remembered someone celebrating a birthday and wearing the moose hat haha. The staff was so awesome from the moment we walked in the door. The service has become very slow; I was served food but not even given cutlery, and it was hard to find any staff around. The portion sizes have also gotten smaller, especially the honkin’ beef ribs, which were recently very fatty. Honestly, I’m disappointed. I wish I could come back, but I don’t want to have this kind of experience again, especially for the prices they charge.

We had specifically come for wings, so we quickly chose other items: a Caesar salad, a bowl of soup, macaroni and cheese, and chicken strips. But ended up waiting about 45 minutes for our food. Meanwhile, a table that arrived at least 20 minutes after us was served first, and they ordered a macaroni and cheese as well! What kind of service is this? The lack of communication and long wait were very disappointing!
