  Absolute trash. First I order a gin and tonic waitress brings me a Jager and tonic. She then proceeded to argue with me about what it was. Next, I did not receive a new glass. Clearly still smelt of jager. Table rocked so bad I had to hold my child’s glass or it would have fallen over. Not a single glass or plate cleared as we finished. Overall horrible. I would prefer to catch a stray bullet than to eat at this place again.

  My experiences at Montanas would always be amazing! The atmosphere and friendly staff were always amazing! I would highly recommend the chicken wings in honey garlic flavour and the skillet cookie since they always tasted delicious! Janeah, a server that I remember did an excellent job whenever she would serve me! She was always super friendly and came to check up on my table to make sure my glasses were filled. Her small talk always made every visit memorable! I also love the paper on the tables to draw on whenever I was waiting for food!

  Very disappointed from the service, took a delivery worth $100+ and received missing food.. Always used to order and pick up food after work, this time ordered for 2 person as I had a company to share food with and they forgot to add half of the food in my package.. called back and connected to Manager Clayton about the same, he simply said sorry and offered a gift card.. I said that’s ok but order worth of $100 plus and received $30 dollar worth of food its not fair for the situation, anyways even that gift card through email never received.. With all due respect Manager Clayton, I humbly request run a business like you mean it.. You lost a long last customer.. Good luck and sorry but Never ever going to this location again..

  My boyfriend made a reservation for Valentine’s Day. Normally, when we’ve come to Montana, we’ve had an amazing experience, super great service and amazing food however, on our special day Valentine’s Day, everything was horrible. From the start, they put us at the wrong table, My boyfriend had requested in front of the fireplace. They did make it correct and move us without us having to say anything which was nice. Then the server literally felt like it was his very first day on the job. There was no happy Valentine’s Day. He literally just asked us what we would like to drink. There was no happy Valentine’s Day. Thank you for choosing us for your Valentine’s Day.My boyfriend doesn’t eat pork so we asked if we could substitute the ribs for something else and we had to ask him to go ask someone. When our food came, he immediately asked us how it was before we even had a chance to try it. The lobster tail was disgusting. It was dry and overcooked. My boyfriend got the Brisket mac & cheese and the brisket was hard. When we got the server’s attention and told him he came back and said they would take the lobster tail off only then did he ask if we wanted another drink? Then to top it off when he brought the bill, he put the bill in front of me. My boyfriend tried to laugh at it off and said oh honey, I guess you’re paying. He proceeded to say oh, I should’ve put it in the middle of the table. The experience was absolutely horrendous. I would have preferred to email the restaurant instead of putting a Google review because obviously like I said, I think this was this young fellas’s first job and he needs a lot of work. There was another server who was amazing with his customers, and we would’ve liked to have that service. He made his customers feel special on Valentine’s Day. We went out of our way to make Montana’s our choice for our special day and nothing about it felt special. I’m usually not one to tip badly even if the service is bad but With putting the bill in front of me that was it. I only tipped 6% which he didn’t even deserve that. We would have had more drinks, We would’ve had dessert, but due to the service we wanted to get out of there as quick as we could so that we could enjoy our special day.

  We entered Montana’s as ordinary, hungry civilians… and left forever changed because of Maggie. From the moment she graced our table, time itself seemed to pause. Angels probably sang. The BBQ sauce tasted richer. The fries crisped with purpose. Coincidence? I think not. Refills materialized before our cups even considered being empty. Our food arrived with the precision of a NASA launch. Her menu recommendations? Prophetic. Visionary. Borderline supernatural. I’m not saying she can see the future… but I’m also not NOT saying that. Maggie didn’t just wait tables, she commanded the room. She conducted the evening like a smoky, sauce-covered symphony. The charisma. The timing. The grace under pressure. If Montana’s ever builds a statue, I will personally attend the unveiling. In conclusion: 10/10 service. 11/10 human. Promote her. Protect her. Possibly name a wing after her. 👑🔥
