Our food came out undercooked, and while serving drinks, a staff member accidentally spilled a beer all over me accidents happen, but what made it worse is that no one apologized or offered any help afterward. We also never received a refill for our soda, despite asking. The staff seemed indifferent, and we were still charged, even though we left our plates untouched because the food wasn’t edible 😖 Overall, we felt disrespected and ignored. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service and food quality!!! A friend also had to return her stake because it was inedible 😳

The ambiance was great — it had an old-school vibe with a charming vintage wooden interior. The décor was unique and added to the overall atmosphere. We ordered a pint of Blue Moon, Long Island Iced Tea, and a Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri — all were delicious and gave a nice quick buzz. For food, we had Chicken Nachos, Hot Chicken Wings, Fish and Chips, and Fried Chicken, which came with mashed potatoes, corn bread, and steamed veggies. Every item was flavorful and well-prepared. Nicole J. served us and was very attentive and caring throughout. We really loved the restaurant — the food, drinks, and ambiance made for a great dining experience.
