  AVOID!!! Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The manager, Natalia, accused me of fraud simply for using coupons. This is absolutely unacceptable. Coupons are an official McDonald’s promotion, and using them is completely legitimate. Making such a serious accusation toward a customer without any evidence is outrageous and unprofessional. This behavior goes against basic customer service standards and common sense. I will be contacting the store operator / corporate McDonald’s to file a formal complaint regarding the manager’s conduct. After this experience, I have no desire to return to this location.

  Firstly, there was a long wait at the drive-thru even though it wasn’t busy. Then we were told to park in the “corner,” and after waiting again, a staff member (girl)came out and spoke very rudely, saying, “This is not the corner,” in a harsh tone. We are not expected to know what location they personally refer to as the corner. Time - 11.45 pm / 2jan friday .

  No customer service at all. The lady in the drive through on 25 Dec night spoke very rude and with no basic respect. I feel so petty they don’t even know basic customer service.

  I understand this is a newer store that opened up in the last month or so. But it's the closest McDonalds to where I live, so its almost routine before I drive off for work. Like clockwork I stop by this location anywhere between 9:30-9:50pm (Sunday-Thursday). Same order every time. Odd days it will be 5-7mins from Order to getting my food. Majority of the time it's 15mins+. Around this time there's hardly any customers going through drive thru. I get that it sometimes my orders may take long if I need to wait for food. But if the food is cold - then what's the point?! Not once in the last two weeks was the fries fresh. Today they were overly salty. 0 consistency. The saving grace really is the kids working here are trying their best and serving the customers with smile and positive attitude. This store definitely needs support from is other franchise.

  This McDonalds is horribly ran. Had to repeat my order at three different windows to three different employees in the drive thru and was still given the completely wrong order. One of the employees had to look at my phone to confirm my order because their “receipts aren’t printing out”. After all that, they STILL gave me the wrong order. Was given drinks 20 minutes before food so they were watered down by the time we went to drink them - yes it took 20 minutes to be given the correct order. The people that work here are not trained well. This is the worst McDonalds. Go to Windermere, they are much better there. Also it is impossible to pay for a bag when you mobile order. It does not give you the option to when you go through the drive thru.
