  Since this is a new store that just opened not long ago.... How in the hell did This place get away with having 3,...Yes 3 young White people working the drive through window. That's absolutely amazing 👌

  Today, Nov 15 at 7:58AM, we got our meal order at this Glenridding McDonald drive thru. There were no other customers lined up in the drive thru neither are there customers inside the store yet when the service crew passed the meal thru the window, the sandwich was not even wrapped properly so much so that as I picked it up from the tray, the sandwich almost fell off the wrapping. Also, after paying for the meal, I asked for the receipt and was told that the receipt will be given in the next window. When I asked for the receipt at the next window, I was told that she cannot issue a receipt at that window as their printer is out of order…… I think your branch need to step up.

  Not sure what these negative reviews are about, this is literally the best McDonald's we've ever had. The burgers looked and tasted amazing, probably the freshest I've ever had from McDonald's. Their dining area is a bit small but is very clean.

  Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I have had great service from this location. The staff including all the young teens working there have been nothing but amazing! They are friendly and are doing a fantastic job! The food has always been hot and fresh! Way to go!!

  Seems like very disorganized and not trained yet. I saw a driver was asked to wait around the corner but two vehicles were already there and she couldn't find space to park and wait, had to drive around. Takes longggg to get orders, I had my bag ready for my order but I was asked to wait around the corner, brought the order without covering it and hashbrown got rained uncovered. No brainer. Update - didn't even warp the breakfast sandwiches properly. Been there 4~5 times now but absolutely worst place than any other and 100% lack of training and absolutely not ready to operate!!!
