They sent it cold food. Food was stale. And we waited too much. I my order came up missing and i paid for it. I will never order again

Literally more worried about their timer then actual service I had less then a foot to pull up behind a car and they harassed me to pull up and then when I said there’s someone in front of me they said pull up a bit so the timer goes off and then I wouldn’t so then they got the manager to try to say I can’t get my food if I don’t pull up when there wasn’t even enough room for me to pull up worst service and they took forever to give me my food even though they said they were just waiting on the fries last time I will ever come here again 🤢 manger was so rude and couldn’t even speak proper English to me

Can't get the order right after 10pm. Don't know what it is but pointless to go here for a late night snack cause when u gets home u realizes the order is wrong.

I order delivery from DoorDash . It was packed with literally no attention.. the dipping sauces were missing , I ordered double patty and paid for it didn’t receive it. The fries had no salt on them .. and there were absolutely no condiments or napkins in there. It was a very poor experience for me ☹️

The manager named Sherry who works in the evenings on weekends is backhanded and pretentious.
She doesn't supervise her staff very well, and she accuses any guest who is constructively critical of being rude, even when their criticisms are delivered in a calm and polite tone.
It's ironic when someone in a position of authority blames the customer for their employee's bad behavior, particularly when they refused to do any about it to begin with.
In the end, I suppose it's all hypothetical to begin with...
