I went to this location for the first time and it was horrible. The orange juice was so watered down. My daughter tasted it first and we got another one because it was not made properly. They gave the wrong sauce for the nuggets. They didn't even know how to scan the QR code to collect points. They said they needed the pin number. I've never had problems scanning my code. Overall, it felt chaotic and like the staff was overwhelmed. I to felt like they weren't trained properly before opening. The burgers were haphazardly thrown together and just packaged and sent out.
Terrible service and food! Honestly will never go back here and wont give it another thought. Wendy’s is 10 times better, fresher and quicker. If I ever crave soft serve at 2 am I’ll go to the other two nearby locations. Who thought putting this here would be a good idea; Brookfield? Location is extremely poor, it’s cramped on its own, can’t imagine when they have 15 more businesses there. Destined to fail and I hope for it.
If you want bottom of the barrel people making your “ nutritious” food designed to maximize profits, YOU FOUND THE RIGHT PLACE. Thanks Liam for the amazing experience tonight!
McDonald’s can be found on the NYSE under the ticker MCD. Quarterly dividend of 1.86%, yearly 2.66%
If I could give it zero stars, I would. Literally have not been to this location once and gotten my order fulfilled properly. Wait forever for literally 2-3 items to the point you think the employees are doing it on purpose. Overall horrible, from the service to the quality of the food. I don’t normally leave reviews but something needs to be done about this place!!!

i would give a 0⭐️ if that was possible. this is honestly the stupidest mcdonald’s i’ve gone to in a long time. mess ups on the order on more than 1 occasion, i always order only ketchup on my mcdoubles and they never pull through with that, thinking it should be easier (in theory) to make a burger w only ketchup ? i also ordered a big mac once and received a spicy mc crispy and was pissed about that bit needed to head to work. Me and my friends on a different occasion came here at 330am for some midnight munchies and was denied service for “systems down” which we believe was an excuse to wait till 4am and not serve anymore burgers. they are just overall not able to follow instructions or pull through for orders when it’s right next to my house i’d rather drive to 97 street!

If I ever won the lottery, I'd use part of my jackpot to purchase this McDonald's just to shut it down and do all of Edmonton a favour. I used to be anti-AI, but after dealing with the absolutely inept service at this McDonald's (16705 71 St.), I now welcome our computer overloads to take over. When you pull up to a McD’s at suppertime and see no one in the drive-thru lineup, you know there’s a problem with the restaurant. I reluctantly call it a “restaurant” because it does not deserve to serve food alongside other decent fast-food eateries in this city. First of all, the worker who greeted us at the drive-thru couldn’t figure out how to turn their headset on, so I had to suffer through three minutes of “hello? hello!” like I was talking to someone with dementia. I then tried to give them a coupon code, but I might as well been trying to shout random numbers over a ham radio, because they did not know what I was trying to provide. It was so comically bad, I almost had to resort to describing the food I wanted so that it was punched in correctly.
It really wasn’t worth trying to order my items anyways because when I pulled up to the serving window they tried to shove out random drinks and food that weren’t mine. Then, because I ordered more than one item, I had to pull around the corner to wait. And wait we did, as we saw other vehicles behind us in the lineup drive past us with their food as I wondered if they forgot about us. Of course they want to keep their drive-thru wait times down, but this McDonald’s is exceptionally bad and as I turn that corner to grab food I can see the evil glint in the worker’s eye as they prepare to say, “go wait out of sight.” Eventually the food did arrive, piping cold as warranted from this McDonald’s.
Honestly, I’m the idiot for choosing McDonald’s to feed my family instead of choosing somewhere else, but I thought I’d gamble and try it again, maybe, just maybe I’d luck out and get something resembling edible food. Hah hah, wrong again! Do yourself a favour and if you feel a pang of hunger, drive by this McDonald’s. Just keep driving until you find something else. You’d have better luck trying to communicate with a dog and ask it to share its food, which would probably be more palatable than the garbage they serve at this establishment.
