When I asked the order taker how the offer worked, she had no idea and even wasn’t sure what day it was. Another staff member came over and kindly explained the offer to us. While the staff were friendly, I feel that employees should be aware of ongoing promotions and app offers to provide a smoother experience for customers.

Last time I came I was trying to confirm my order and was completely ignored and the order was wrong. The worker shut the window on me as I was trying to confirm the order. Than of course i was handed the wrong item… The first and second time I’ve come here they say hello on the mic then proceed to stop talking out of nowhere. Then as I try to speak they don’t even let you know that they need a moment. Not to mention the speed they work at… Not a good experience and I dont recommend this location. Might as well deive the extra 4 minutes to the next location.
