  I’ve been in this location almost EVERY Night or days. There times the coffees were good and not too fresh but tonight it was the worst. I ordered double double med coffee. When I taste it, it was so bitter and when I opened the cup it seems I ordered hot chocolate, that dark the coffee they sold me. I’m working night shift and I really needed a coffee. So I tried to put remedy on it, added 4 more creamers on it the moment I arrived at work but it was still bitter so it just went to the garbage. The employee as well didn’t even say thank you. There were time that they me a wrong change in the drive thru so I had to come in. The crew never apologize for their mistake or anything at all for taking my extra time for going inside. I’m not trying to be entitled but I think apologizing is the right thing to do.

  I took my family here tonight after being persuaded by my son to check out the play place. I was honestly blown away by Chelsea. I had to get her name. She was going well above and beyond and seemed to be doing the job of 3-4 people, absolutely hustling, providing excellent service and care.

  Ordered 2 hot apple pies through the curb side pickup. Service was quick but 5 minutes later when I pulled one out of the bag it was stone cold, not even room temperature. Very disappointed.

  I am the driver of Uber Eat. On February 15th, I received an order at this Mcd. My service was very disappointing, very long and I waited 15 minutes with 2 times I asked my order and it happened that the Filipino male manager who served me had no respect at all. I was forced to cancel because I had 2 orders where other consumers with other restaurant orders had already complain because I finally canceled the order on mcd for a long time. Maybe for Mcd 8$ part is small money but for us uber eat drivers it is very valuable. Don't accept orders for this restaurant on mcd anymore!! I wasted your time!!!

  How in the hell do you manage to sell a dry stale burger at 11:10 am when everything should be fresh? Bun is dry and borderline hard like it’s weeks old and the burger is caked ketchup. You should be ashamed selling this garbage to your customers. BOYCOTT THIS PLACE ., unless you enjoy wasting your money. The reviews don’t lie .
