  Sandwich from hell! Had to wait 15-minutes at drive thu for a cold sandwich that had a black curly hair in it. When I first asked for a refund, the person at the counter felt it wasn't needed because another person was bringing the sandwich out. When expressing my concerns, they didn't even apologize for the wait. So then when I took a bite of it, it was cold. So I left to microwave it at home, three bites in, I pull a hair out of the sandwich with my teeth. It's not my hair. I ended up calling twice, and going back for a refund and a new sandwich. I won't go back again, but at least they made it right.

  Our family has had many meals at this McDonald's since May 28 due to my elderly Mother being at the RAH as well as Norwood. We have encountered a seemingly homeless young man sitting 2 booths away from us, not eating or drinking but staring at us. When we got up to leave, he followed us and shouted, "Help me!!! I'm starving!!!" My son bought him food but had to buy what he ordered as he did not ask us how much my son could spend. I was there alone one day and sat in the corner by a different door; the one by the drive through. I almost lost my purse. A man tried to grab it off my seat. I witnessed a homeless person come and grab food off the table next to me. The man who ordered it was outside vomiting in the trees. I thought I would use the washroom before leaving. There are only 2 stalls and someone was in one. I sat down and noticed that a woman was lying on the floor in the stall next to me as I could see her hands and feet. Shortly thereafter a male voice was shouting at her to open the door and get out repeatedly. Loudly!! After quite a long time, I decided to make a run for it! I opened the door and ran. On Dec. 6, my son and I came to Norwood. My son was hungry so I parked at MacDonald's and walked over to Norwood. When my son was finished eating, he walked over to Norwood to get me. We only had one cell phone. When we went to get into the car, it was GONE. MacDonald's had it towed as soon as my son walked past our car! $475. to pay the towing Company snd $20. to take a taxi there! The moral of the story appears to be that MacDonald's values it's non paying customers but punishes the paying ones. We had no intention of keeping our car in the MacDonald's parking lot but since my son was a paying customer that day, we did park there. We always park at Norwood. We won't darken MacDonald's doorstep again. We will leave the whole establishment to the homeless and drug addicts. They do not get punished with high towing fines for not paying. Shame on you MacDonald's.

  I opted to go inside to order as I also had to use the restroom. The speed of service was average, the employees seemed cheerful, however my coffee was fairly lacklustre. The biggest gripe I would have with my experience is the amount of homeless and drug users frequenting the restaurant. When I went to use the restroom the stall was locked with a needle visibly laying on the floor. When I came out the restroom there was a man loading a crack pipe at a table around the corner from the front counter. I can’t speak to whether this is a regular occurrence, but I’d suggest the drive-thru for an improved experience.

  Such bad service I went there with three of my daughters and we ran to the emergency room across McDonalds We came back after 10 minutes. We couldn’t find the car. It was towed and the manager had his camera eyed on the parking lot where he could see how everyone is parking. The car was towed in about 10 to 15 minutes after we came back and we went inside and we asked for the manager and the manager he was Indian and when we asked him where the car is, he couldnt look us in the eye even talk to us or discuss anything. He just gave us a paper and that was it. He didn’t tell us why he did that or whats the reason. And when we called the tow company they told us its 500$ to take the car so im pretty sure the manager works with them and thats why he did that and were going to see the car tomorrow. But this Mcdonalds its not to eat at or to take out because there not clean at all and dont respect anyone.

  Such bad services the co workers were really rude and mean to me and my family. there not clean at all doesn’t talk to the costumers. The manager doesn’t even do his job correctly the way he should not clean at all I can’t even describe my words and my family were really upset about that.
