It’s good to know that the privilege of low quality late night fast food is only for individuals that can afford a vehicle. The manager told me she would be fired for allowing me to buy burgers on foot because their dining room was closed but failed to explain a logical reason why. I ended up having to ask a different customer in a vehicle to buy me food. This is why McDonald’s has customers, not guests. Pathetic.

I fully understand that Canada is currently facing serious challenges with homelessness. I get it. But today I came here with my children, and the entire restaurant smelled overwhelmingly like urine and feces. The odor was absolutely indescribable. The only reason I stayed is because my kids really wanted to eat here. You need to address this urgently. I don’t know if the staff are having trouble removing homeless individuals from the premises, or if there simply isn’t a proper cleaning system in place, but the situation is unacceptable. I usually come to this location through the drive-thru and have never had an issue. But stepping inside today was shocking. The facilities look nice visually, but the smell inside is unbearable. This requires immediate attention.
