  I ordered two Chicken Juniors from this location, but they put both chicken patties in one sandwich. I didn’t say anything at first because I thought it might be a misunderstanding. However, the fries were very bad too oily, looked not fresh, and not the usual color of McDonald’s fries. When I spoke to the staff, and they told me the fries were fresh, but that they need to change the oil tomorrow, and that they cannot explain this to every customer. I told her this is not my problem as a customer. I paid for good quality I do not recommend this place. This is not the first time there have been many complaints about this branch, but people usually stay quiet. Today I decided not to. I’m sorry, but when I pay, I expect good quality and respectful service.

  bad service, very insincere and I was handed the wrong drink, when asking for the correct one saying I was given the wrong one I was told “ya I know”, and didn’t get straws or napkins

  Ordered a large fry, got a medium instead, didn't notice until I walked away, which isn't a problem, but what IS a problem is when the worker takes back the medium fries and tossed them out. All other locations I've been too have never been that wasteful and will always let you keep the fries they screwed up on

  I saw an Indian manager in the washroom with glasses he used the washroom looked in the mirror and did not wash his hands and went straight to the cashier I was shocked as I left the washroom and I was disgusted someone didn’t wash their hands and he was the one to take my order. Disgusting.

  My boyfriend called out the cook because she touched a dirty cloth and touched her hair then proceeded to make my food.She was mad saying it was someone else’s food which is still unacceptable.My order was ready the cook asked if my boyfriend wanted a refund he said no it is his girlfriend’s food not his.She said okay I am cancelling the order I had nothing to do with the dispute between the cook and my boyfriend. Good thing the manager stepped in or my ordered would of been cancelled without my consent.The lady cook is very unprofessional all because she got caught for being unsanitary and asked to wash her hands she acts out causing unnecessary drama at the front and trying to cancel my order.
