McDonald’s, please if this is your definition of juicy, we need to revisit the dictionary. I’ve had more moisture in a desert breeze. On a serious note, consistency matters. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect something edible and at least close to your own marketing photos. The LAST photo was the FRESH & JUICY burger that was made😳

I understand it’s a small location, but it’s the only one in the mall. A&W will continue to be my go-to with their multiple veggie burger options & multiple locations in the mall

We waited for our order for more than 15 minutes, and when we finally received it, we didn’t get any napkins, straws, or bags. The service was quite slow and disorganized.
