    Worst run drive thru in the city. It's close to my work, only reason I ever go here. Every time I go here it's truly awful. Quicker to go to a drive thru at a McDonald's on St Albert trail and come back. Stay away

    His has to be the worse Macdonalds for getting your order right in the whole city, I wonder what they do with all the extra cash they get to charge you and keep while not giving you what you ordered. Clearly the management is incompetent for training their TFW staff properly.

    Employee handed milkshake out drive-through window without lid spilled milkshake all over driver and vehicle, did nothing to help,absolutely incompetent employee.

    This macdonalds has this really rude manager She's hard to understand . I ordered today followed all the protocol even mobile ordered to table 8 she spent all her energy and time calling my name when she was supposed to bring the order to table service.Finally she yelled at me telling me she called me forever needless to say I'm around the corner with music on the jsprakers can't hear anything due to others and was told off like I committed a murder by requesting table service I asked to talk to a manager to rectify my cold coffee and crappy service she even escalated it to the point she ignored my request and had to raise my voice to even get a napkin. Be very careful of this unfriendly environment an unfriendly rude and somewhat egotistical manager Marylin her name tag said.goof lunch a fine place to not expect services that most macdonalds somewhat strive to become excellent .should do a you tube rude journey round to ever macdonalds and elevaluate and score there crappy staff over my many visits the all too often rude aggressive and standoff even outright unjust services seem to be trending in this chain and continue to get werser LoL be blessed
