  Not enough staff to complete orders. Even not attending the customers. And not enough stock some items are out of stock. Customer going back.

  Terrible customer service. I asked the front counter lady with glasses for habanero sauce and even offered to pay for it. Instead of helping, she snapped at me and said, “I don’t have time for this.” Completely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. If asking politely and offering to pay is too much, maybe customer service isn’t the right job. Very disappointing experience. I am never coming back here

  It's McDonald's so I don't expect much, but even this location is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Cold food, rude stuff, dining room is disgusting. I'll get my coffee elsewhere

  I didnt find out until after i had left to have dinner with family and brought this Absolutely ruined my night I have worked at mcdonalds in the past for over a year and this would have had me and my manager fired

  BEWARE this location is TERRIBLE! WORST IN THE CITY! Manager has no respect she raised her voice while refusing to refund a terrible order i had pre called about the manager lazy, rude & does not know how to do any customer service or guest care i even called to complain before i had shown up they had originally taken a long time & spilled ice cream all over my 6$ mcflurry cup & filled my large fry to here. they didnt even issue me a full refund because I wasn't willing to bring all the food back which on thr phone call when i had asked for my refund no one mentioned having to return my food? If anyone from head office is willing to forward this issue I would love to have a call with someone in office as my entire life of ordering at mcdonalds i have never had an experience quite like this when I had mentioned my burgers were not good she said " we dont do that here" so there is 0 chance of your problem being acknowledged!! Beware double check your orders & dont leave without getting it right! I didnt find out until after i had left to have dinner with family and brought this Absolutely ruined my night & having to return for the refund just to not be actually issued the refund I was promised was extremly frustrating I have worked at mcdonalds in the past for over a year and this would have had me and my manager fired no doubt about it, absolutely shameful
