  The manager of this store obviously asks all their workers to send everyone to the reserved parking and never give their food at the window. This is incredibly frustrating and it's probably the worst McDonald's in the city

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE interaction with tonight’s night shift staff, I ordered from Skip and I get a call saying they’re out of apple slices and to make a switch to a small fry that’s fine, and then I’m waiting an ADDITIONAL 30 minutes and I get another call from this time my Skip driver asking if I cancelled the order. I did no such thing. One of the staff LIED and said the order got cancelled. I asked to speak to them and he pulls up just for a woman to yell at him asking why he drive up again when the order was cancelled by me little did she know I was on the phone and then IMMEDIATELY switched up her story and basically shoved the order in his face. I call the store and she tried to cut me off twice while giving her a review and finally I said my piece. Everyone has a job to do. But do not disrespect or lie because it’s easier for YOU. Shame on you.

  Fast service, but the lady working tonight handing out the food must have no idea about customer service. No smile. No hello. No repeating my order, no smile. No thank you, have a goodnight nothing. Maybe put her in the cook or fry area of the restaurant because she’s not friendly and lacks of positive attitude

  Not only did I get attitude for not knowing they don’t serve fries at 4am (as if im ever up at 4 am to know that). But I was awake and decided im gonna get a McGriddle cause they don’t have those all day. And the lady repeated back McGriddle. Said McGriddle on the screen. I get basically tossed the food, then have the window literally slammed. No hello, no goodbye, and by the time I get home to enjoy my McGriddle, I find they gave me a McMuffin. Wtaf McDonald’s. There was just me there, and one other car behind me. And yall couldn’t be polite, couldn’t be bothered to do your job, and yet you had the audacity to scoff and chuckle under your breath instead because I didn’t know what was available at 4am. Maybe next time spend that energy getting the order right cause now im stuck with something I don’t want, won’t drive tha distance back, and definitely just lost money for no reason, and was awake for no reason. Literally not that hard to double check an order WHEN NO ONES THERE

  Today, I placed an order but accidentally selected the wrong location. When I arrived at the McDonald’s location closest to me, there was some confusion with the locations. I went inside and politely asked if they could take the order from the other location, as it would have been a very simple fix. Unfortunately, the staff member refused and her attitude was not helpful. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me that she was the manager. However, I honestly do not believe that she was actually the manager. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of cooperation and professionalism, especially since the situation could have been handled easily.
