But when I got there, I still ended up waiting another 15 minutes just for two coffees. Every time I asked, the employee said, “one minute,” but that “one minute” turned into a total waste of time. It’s frustrating when staff can’t be upfront or organized. If this is how they handle simple coffee orders, I can only imagine what a busy day looks like. Completely disappointed — won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

It is my experience EVERY TIME I come here. But one young man with dreadlocks that works there is extremely pleasant and provides great customer service. Just hope you get him every time.
