  placed our order through the machine and once we got home we noticed items missing. place wasn't busy enough to be missing items.

  Such an amazing experience with the cashier. And then another client. I got a really great story about her hair color because I told her I really liked her hair color and then the cashier joined in and it was such a fun experience for all of us

  I liked the vibe when we came over dinner time, the dine in area was very clean and I see how they kept maintaining it. nice service, quick and friendly crew.

  Used the computer in store to order at 11:05 am 1 sausage and egg mcmuffin 1 sausage and egg mcmuffin meal Large fries Large coffee 1 cheeseburger No onions, no pickle Printer error so we didn't receive an order number stood at counter to wait for order that had alreadybeen cleared from the screen above. After 10 minutes someone finally asked what our order number was and i replied with printer error and listed the order. I asked that we receive fresh fries instead of the ones that have been sitting for 10 minutes already. I watched the kid remove fries from an empty bag and ask the fry kid to make fresh. The fry kid responds with "they're only at 3 minutes" i resonded with "no, ive been standing here for 10 and there have been no fries out of the fryer." New fries are made placed in the bag along with 1 mc muffin and 1 cheeseburger. I know how horrible this McDonald's is so i always check the bag. Its missing 1 mcmuffin. I then need to wave the kid down and let him know. He apologized and pointed out the printed order has a printer error where the quantities are not printing. And we wait again for 5 minutes for the second mcmuffin. Finally received our complete order, get into the car and the fries are again cold. This store needs to get it together. not a word from a supervisor or manager about my frustrations. No apology about the speed of our order. Nothing. I think she was hiding. Also, i hate the newly renovated style of McDonald's. Its cold, uncomfortable and unwelcoming. MANAGEMENT PLEASE STOP CLEARING ORDERS BEFORE THEY ARE COMPLETE!

  I have never left a bad review before but seriously if I could give zero stars I would. Went here for breakfast today 9 am. Did not know how to customize my order on the screens inside so I waited for someone to come to the till. I could see into the kitchen and a bunch of staff was standing around and I could here them laughing. I finally called for help after waiting about 10 min. An unhappy girl walks out and I say Is anyone taking orders, I've been waiting a long time. If looks could kill, she gives me the DIRTIEST look and says no one is working out front. Seriously, if this is the case switch entirely to mobile orders and takeout only. Next time I'll drive the five extra minutes and go to CastleDowns or 140 Ave. She doesn't even wait for me to finish paying by card and is gone taking her attitude to the back with her. I guess it's up to the customer to lean over and tear their receipt from the terminal and get their order number. Will never support this location again.
