  Nice and quick. Not used to the no bag option. At least i can see wat is missing. Almost left without an order of fries! 😱

  After avoiding the fries here for the past 6 months because they’ve consistently been old and reheated, I decided to give them another chance today. Unfortunately, it was the same disappointing experience all over again. I specifically asked the staff member if the fries were fresh before ordering. She assured me ‘yes,’ so I went ahead with a large order. What arrived was clearly not fresh, soggy in spots, overly dark and tough in others, with that unmistakable taste and texture of fries that had been sitting around and then dunked back in the fryer to ‘refresh’ them. It’s very obvious when that happens (limp centers, uneven crispness, slightly burnt edges), and it’s frustrating to be told they’re fresh when they’re so clearly not. This isn’t just about one bad batch; it’s a recurring pattern that has made me stop ordering fries entirely until now. The rest of the meal was fine, but the fries are a big part of the fast-food experience for many people, and this location seems to struggle with quality control or freshness standards on them consistently. If you’re someone who cares about getting hot, crispy, freshly made fries, I’d recommend checking visually or asking detailed questions—or maybe skipping them here altogether. Disappointed, but hoping management sees this and improves consistency.

  Sending drivers to the store to pick up orders that they are no longer serving. They dont cancel the orders and waste our gas money coming to the store.

  Awesome service. Food was served quick and promptly. They even came to our table and gave my son a complimentary kids cone. That’s actually the first time it has happened. Really made my kid feel special. Thank you Dexie on going above and beyond.

  Not sure the point if you can customize ingredients but the breakfast burritos are pre-made. Lactose intolerant people can remove cheese on the machine, but the worker said we'll theyre premade, nothing can be done. Not sure why its even an option.
