I talked to a lady (I'm assuming the Manager) told her I got a small fries instead of medium size. She said "the default is small if I looked in the back..." I have another coupon, I clearly saw the picture FREE MEDIUM FRIES & there's nothing written on the back🙄(what is she talking about?) So I told her, I got it right here & it says " medium fries" Then she said "oh sorry about that, I thought you were saying about the coffee" Nope, I called about my fries. So I went back to the store, I told the staff I'm here for my medium fries, talked to the Manager about it, so the nice guy got me medium fries 🍟😊, I thanked him & I left. In and Out👍 I recommend double checking your order before leaving and keep your receipt 🧾 to save you time. 👍 Because Manager asked me for proof of purchase and payment.

I guess if I order extra sauce in the junior chicken I am supposed to expect that its going to be on the wrapping paper not IN the burger. First I had to backup to request for straws for my drink because they forgot to add it the first time. My poutine was open in the bag, for the meal I had lattice in my fries, Great! - I never put reviews for these locations because I think the folks working might be having a rough/busy day or something but I was the only one in the drive thru, no cars in front of me. I think its there way of saying try other locations.
