  They are too slow, they always make delivery drivers to wait there for atleast 20 minutes behave like a dictator.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. My husband and I stopped here on our way home. He ordered this new triple pickle mc crispy burger and I a double cheese burger. We were so hungry so we stopped in the parking lot to eat after hitting up the drive thru. My husband took one bite of his burger. They gave him a fish patty in what should be a chicken burger! How does this happen?? What if he had an allergy to fish!? And not only that but we had to pull into the parking spot #1 to wait for our food. So we waited and they completely messed up his burger. Not to mention my burger had something weird and black on it like something was on the grill and they didn't bother to clean it they just put it in my burger. Now I know this is mcdonalds and you can't expect much but to be given fish when you ordered a chicken sandwich is crazy to me. Not impressed

  Ordered lunch/dinner menu few minutes before 3:59am. When we got there to pick up (also before 3:59am) was told that their system is down and asked us to wait. When we came back to pick up, they said they can’t serve it anymore because its breakfast time. They should have told us from the start that they can’t serve it anymore so we didn’t have to wait. They could have checked the time. The other crew in the background keep saying no its breakfast time already. I asked for refund and was told they do not do refund, only in the app and that takes days as well.

  Does not comply with promotions, certain foods items that come with games pieces while said promotions are running. If the container that holds the food product does not have the game pieces, they will not help you. They don't even know what products have game pieces, they are incompetent on the products and promotions they offer!

  I’am livid!! We came to drive thru, and a lady named Manpreet took our order. She constantly closed the drive thru window while we still speaking to her and kept rolling her eyes. If she is so miserable she should not be working at a job that prioritizes their customer! not too mention the fact that our chicken nuggets were NOT fully COOKED!!!! this is a MAJOR health hazard!!!! chicken, food in general should NOT be rushed!! to add onto the fact that everytime I go there the poutine is barely filled, and there are always missing straws and forks missing!!! MCDONALDS MANNING PLEASE PUT UR WORKERS IN CHECK, AND GET BETTER WORKERS
