  It’s always a mistake going to this location. Probably the worst McDonald’s in the city. Terrible staff. The McNuggets were hard and dry like they had been sitting out for days. Both the McNuggets and the fries were cold. I can guarantee they don’t care.

  Just watched the manager take muffins out of a to go order bag and put them back on the shelf where they were serving the "fresh" ones. When asking for a cup of water he gave me a super snarky comment about needing water, not to mention my coffee took 15 minutes and my co worker got his food before I even got my coffee. Horrible, wouldn't recommend especially if you're in a hurry which fast food is supposed to be for. 😐

  It was my first time visit after a long time at this McDonalds branch. Foods were not hot/warm. Meats on the burgers were not moist, maybe over-held in the warmer. Fries and nuggets were burnt, dry and uneven color, not golden brown. Their foods not up to McDonald’s standards. Front staff making rude faces when being approached by customers and sounds unprofessional. Their kiosk didn’t have paper, reason customers reaching out to them. My wife had a few bad experiences at this branch, I want to go somewhere else but my kid wants fries and nuggets which never eaten due to poor quality.

  around 2:45 PM i was ordering at the kiosk and was met by no receipt paper, when i tried to ask a worker to get my receipt the worker named MARIO gave me an attitude and repeated asked me “did you buy a water bottle, how was i suppose to remember when i ordered a bunch of things. secondly, i was given day old fries, mind you this food was going to a person in the hospital and it was horrible, both the fries and customer service are horrible. and no mario if you’re reading this right now if you dont like your job just quit, theres much more people who’ll appreciate doing that job and would give more better service.

  I went to this McDonald’s today and unfortunately received very poor service. When I approached the counter, the lady at the counter seemed frustrated. I accidentally placed wrong order on the app and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, the response felt rude and dismissive. The lady named Abhigail was so unprofessional. I enjoy McDonald’s normally, but this experience was disappointing. I hope management can provide additional training so customers receive better service.
