  Jan 10/26 came to this location because it was the only one in my area to still do the watermelon lime fruit splash. I mobile ordered the drinks & got them at the drive-thru & MY GOD WAS IT AWFUL. It literally was pure water drowned in syrup and the funny thing is (sarcastically speaking) the shit still tasted like water. Honestly was very disappointed and the fact that I had to go in to the restaurant to get it remade was pretty sad, but fortunately it was actually corrected and made correctly. Can’t wait to order it again until they stop serving it

  Ordered a big Mac meal Specific: add tomato Add leaf lettuce Add slice onion Instead of chopped lettuce and chopped onion Charged ¢50 for leaf lettuce and ¢30 tomato Plus charged paper bag of ¢25 None of those I got except for the paper bag. Would it be my fault for not checking my order? Or should I rely on their competency for doing a great job? I used this photo because I’m hungry and I ate the food even though it’s not exactly what I ordered. Food is food.

  Don’t waste your time or money here. Ordered a hamburger…even came wrapped as a hamburger…covered in cheese oozing so much ketchup it was inedible. Coffee also tastes like it is days old. Save yourself and go to Carls Jr for a better experience.

  I would give them a zero star should work on their customer service rather that putting the machine literally in my face without saying total , no greeting . Terrible service food served was cold . When i asked for ketchup and napkins she and her coworkers stared at us as if i dont know what in world has happened. I was polite and all i got was what ?? Paid 50$ for nothing by nothing i mean literally nothing . Manager/ supervisor/ the owner should look over their staff . They better behave with everyone not me but all of their customers with . Especially the lady working drive thru tonite such a horrible service she can do better .. 0 star for everthing .

  Ordered breakfast, 2 items were hot and good, 2 items stone cold. Stone cold breakfast burritos are gross. Check before you leave the drive through window. Everyone seemed nice, but I don’t have time to waste going back. I will say I have often had good food here, but there’s no way whoever packed the order didn’t KNOW the burritos were unacceptable. And I had a similar but not as egregious issue here the other day. So I’m assuming management made a call to save money and mess with people who use the drive through. Gross.
