    Worst McDonald’s ever. Forgot my egg for my sandwich on 2 separate occasions. I usually come when it’s not busy at all and they still manage to ruin your mood and order.

    I ordered online through the app and went in to receive my order at the counter. I waited for about 25 minutes or longer nobody called my number. My number never showed up on the screen either so i went up to the counter and asked them about my order. My order was on a tray behind the counter just sitting there waiting for someone to hand it to me. Who knows how long it had been there. My understanding is someone is supposed to be calling out order numbers and handing the food out when it’s freshly made and hot. This did not happen at all. They waited for me to go up to the counter to pick up my order. This does not make sense and I want my money back. My food was freezing cold by the time I got it and it was not to my satisfactory at all!

    Probably the worst McDonalds in all of Canada. Consistently terrible. The manager should be fired. I can’t remember a time I’ve placed an order recently that it’s been correct or I’ve received it without missing items. It’s partially my fault for continuing to order from here but this is the one my order seems to always come from. I’d guess that the owner of this location is aware of how bad it is but just doesn’t care. I am an insulin diabetic. I ordered a large Coke Zero. I received a large root beer. I can obviously tell the difference in taste but this is the kind of mistake that can seriously harm someone or make them very sick. I got the completely wrong muffin. They send no syrup for all three pancakes, despite requesting 3. Every time I order pancakes from here I always request 2 or 3 syrups because 1 isn’t enough and this location is so cheap and disrespectful to its customers they only ever send 1 or none, despite my request. I ordered a bagel and requested peanut butter, they sent none. This is how the employees here work. They are so disrespectful towards the customers they don’t follow your order and don’t care about making sure the order is right or that the customer gets what they order, pay for or request and the manager and owner clearly don’t care either. It’s about taking the customer’s money and seeing how much they can get away with. This isn’t a one time problem with this location. This is an every time problem with this location. When I go to this location in person even if there is no one else there or waiting they ask you to pull into the parking lot and wait for your order. I’ve rarely had an ice coffee made correctly from here. The owner should be ashamed of themself for how they are running this location. The managers should all be fired and staff should be replaced. In case they’ve forgotten, customers PAY for their food. Not giving them what they PAY for is STEALING. This location is despicable.

    Completely ignored the order specifications. None of my extras were added, mustard and pickles were asked to not be added to my partners burger and there they are. Also asked for no ice in my drink but I got extra ice... My partner has the digital receipt which shows exactly what we ordered, and it looks nothing like this reciept... This has become common ground for mcdonalds locations and it needs to change drastically. Where the hell is the customer service?

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. The staff did not greet me properly and spoke in a disrespectful manner. When I asked a simple question, I felt ignored and treated badly. Customer service is very important, especially for a well-known company like McDonald’s. This experience was not welcoming at all, and it needs serious improvement. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with respect.
