  has messed up a few orders before, however my worst complaint is that the burger buns taste worse and worse everytime, they are stale. get new buns

  Mya, the manager was awesome. Very friendly, pleasant and very efficient. She offered to bring my order to my table due to my disability. So so nice to not have to ask for help. Our food and coffees were good. Mya really made our visit good. Makes this McDonald's a good place to come to in the community. Coffees were way better than Tim's. Please acknowledge Mya. The rest of the staff have always been good to me too.

  This mcdonalds is really messed up. I have ordered a meal with the chicken burger. Burger was fresh as i told tgem to make it fresh but the fries were cold and when i ask the attendant she told me they make it now and i am watching she picked them from the another counter and she is telling lie. Washrooms are dirty and seems to be always occupied with homeless people they went in and dont know what they do inside like my son wants to go to washroom and the person is standing inside doing something with his bag and he took 25mins to comeout and when he come out there was mess in the washroom and i have to took my son to another place as i am going to calgary. Please look into the matter.

  They clearly don't speak english here or understand it because they get the whole order wrong and the coffee wrong , they put it on you to come back when you are on the way to work due to their incompetence

  I went through the drive thru the drive through and when I gave my son his hot cakes they where cold couldn’t be bothered to heat them up properly. Then I asked for my purchase to be replaced they would only give me a free meal and heat up my hot cakes instead of making me a happy customer they had a crappy attitude so I’m deleting my app and never going back to McDonald’s again these people are only about money not customer loyalty and way by McDonalds nice knowing ya by the way I just got my money back and went to A&W way hotter food way fresh!
